Opening:
Nice job on the Explore test, I'll let you work independently and in your new small groups.  
  • While you work, I'll circulate and check your SpringBoard books for your achievement on the following:
    • Activities 1.1-1.5
    • Activities 1.6-1.8

Work Period:
1. In your small groups, work through the Steps of a Hero's Journey through each Stage.  
  • Describe the step in your own words. 
  • Consider a film in which the Hero's Journey is present.
    • The Star Wars Trilogy (Episodes I or IV)
    • The Lion King
