Opening:
1. Share personal responses to "Moco-Limping" in your small groups (HW Stamp)
  • Did the theme of "Moco-Limping" come through in your personal response?

2. Read the top of page 14 for context.

3. How is "reading" a film similar and different to reading a print text?

Work Period:
4. After each segment, discuss and take notes in your graphic organizer.
  • Write in small print
  • Check for understanding 

Closing:
5. No matter where we stop watching:
  • Create a statement that directly states the nature of the challenge that Homer faces in October Sky.
